La réunion All Tests a lieu chaque année en septembre à Pontins, Sand Bay, Weston-Super-Mare.

La réunion réservée aux adultes rassemble les vétérans et leurs familles pour une semaine de vacances. Le comité d'organisation propose des animations toute la semaine et offre un environnement aux anciens collègues pour se réunir et discuter de leur temps lors des tests.

L'événement 2021 s'est déroulé du 20 au 24 septembre 2021.  Nous tenons à remercier The Home Place Charities qui nous a permis de payer l'hébergement de 15 anciens combattants et The Not Forgotten qui a payé les animations et le voyage au Fleet Air Arm Museum.

 

2022 aura lieu du 19 au 23 septembre 2022.

L'événement coûte à partir de 84 £ par personne, ce qui comprend le petit-déjeuner et un repas du soir. Utilisez le formulaire de réservation ci-dessous à partir du 11 octobre 2021.

L'événement est une occasion fantastique de rencontrer d'autres vétérans du nucléaire et de revivre la solitude que nous avons tous dû endurer pendant la pandémie. 2024 CELEBRATED THE MEDAL AWARD WITH A CERMONY AT THE ROYAL HOTEL WSM WITH THE MAYOR AND DEPUTY LORD LIEUTENANT IN ATTENDANCE

MESSAGES OF SUPPORT

Message of support were received from across the political world. We also would like to thank Steve Purse for dailing in and providing an update on Hillsborough Law and Susie Boniface for updating the attendees on the litigation and other exciting events. Councillor Jason McNally from Peterborough council attended the event and announced the unveiling of a memorial stone in Peterborough in October.

ORAL HISTORY PROJECT

The Oral History Project team provided an update and had a great day with the veterans, listening to their views on the project and enjoying a very constructive focus group. It was great to see the whole team together.

Our annual crazy golf tournament attracted a lot of players this year, with fierce competition. Our overall winner was Ron Watson.

With the help of our Volunteers, the event was a great success. Alison, Sue, Lisa, Lucy, Laura & Mark.

Special thanks to Sue and Mellissa for the cakes. Laura for providing the raffle tickets and Quiz trophy. Mark for being our tech support and singing with Marvin. Alison for croqueting scarves.

For everyone who provided a raffle prize, purchased a ticket and donated, we thank you. So many memories were made and we look forward to 2025, which will feature the theme of 'EDUCATION'
